As a free service to the many visitors enthralled by the centuries-old churches of Macau, the Pilgrimage Service of the Catholic Lay Association of Macau offers free guided tours of the 400-year old St. Lawrence’s Church in the World Heritage ‘Historic Centre of Macau.’ Specially trained, multi-lingual docents recount the history of this beautiful buildings, bringing alive the splendour, and sometimes the pain, of the past.
